FIRST WAVE PROGRAM

(PYC Members Only)

First Wave is a Summer Nature Discovery Program for 4 – 7-year-old children with a limit of 20 children per class. The purpose is to provide an enjoyable learning experience for members’ children or grandchildren while acclimating them to the waterfront in a safe and exciting way. The three-days-per-week program will foster exploration of local marshes, seashore, ponds, and rivers, followed up by age-appropriate related crafts and art activities, music, games, and stories. Field trips will be included, and a nutritious snack provided.

The “First Wave” camp is from 8:00 AM to 12 noon on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings. Register for any or all the six weeks that the camp is in session. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. The class size is limited to 20 students. Children must be out of diapers and 4 by June 1st. Registration begins April 1. A single week is $140, two or more weeks $126 per week.  For more information please call the PYC Club Manager at 508-746-7207.

Beginning this year, Plymouth Yacht Club will be using ClubSpot online registration system for the First Wave program.

You will be required to create an account and this will remember each of your child’s information so that if you are signing up for subsequent classes, you will not have to re-enter that information.

When entering payment information, please consider using your checking account for making an electronic payment.  This saves the club on costly credit card fees, but you can register however convenient for you.

PYC members should use the last 4 digits of their phone number as their member number.
IMPORTANT!  If registering more than one child, please register the first child and proceed to the payment information and complete that registration.   After that registration is complete, you will be asked if you want to register another child – you will not have to reenter payment.  Click below to start the Online Registration.
